Djojic, former member of the 102nd Brigade of HVO in Odzak, is charged with having raped a female person in Odzak municipality in July 1992.
Djojic was ordered into custody after having been arrested on September 4. However, at the beginning of last month the Court of BiH released him under prohibiting measures, including a ban on leaving his place of residence, traveling and meeting other suspects and witnesses.
