Other pieces of material evidence, to which the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BiH, did not object, included the personal military records for indictee Macic, as well as his health records and a certificate by the Ministry of Defence regarding salaries paid to the indictee in 1996.

The Prosecution of BiH charges Macic with having participated in the torture and sexual abuse of prisoners in the “Musala” school building in Konjic, as well as the murder of four old women in Blaca village, in the period from April to October 1993.

The trial is due to continue on December 5.
