The Jovanovic’s have been ordered into home detention and banned from meeting or contacting the witnesses.

“In case the suspects violate the prohibiting measures, they may be ordered into custody,” the Court of BiH said in its announcement.

The Prosecution of BiH suspects the three Jovanovics of the murder of Bosniak civilians in Medosevici village, Cajnice municipality, in June 1992.

On November 10 the Prosecution of BiH announced that it filed an indictment against Milosav, Marijan and Slavko Jovanovic, as well as Stevo Jovanovic.

They were arrested in mid-October.

Following their arrest, the Court of BiH ordered them into custody due to a suspicion that, while at liberty, they might influence the witnesses and accomplices and destroy or hide the evidence material.

The custody for Stevo Jovanovic was terminated on November 7.
