As announced by the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BiH, the custody measure for Stevo Jovanovic was terminated as per a proposal by the State Prosecution, but the proposal to order prohibiting measures against the suspect was not accepted.

“The Prosecution’s proposal for ordering prohibiting measures, including a ban on leaving his place of residence and contacting some persons, is rejected as unfounded,” the Court of BiH announced.

Under the unconfirmed State Prosecution’s indictment, Stevo Jovanovic is charged with having participated, along with Milosav, Marijan and Slavko Jovanovic, in the murder of Bosniak civilians in Medosevici village, Cajnice municipality.

The four men have been held in custody since their arrest in the end of October.
