Srecko Boskovic called Sreco is charged with approaching the boy, not older 15, telling him that he is free, and after the boy started walking away, killing him from an automatic rifle.  According to the indictment, which still has to be confirmed, it happened in the village Djulici, where members of the Bosnian Serb Army conducted mass executions of Bosniaks captured after the fall of Srebrenica in the mid-July 1995.

The boy’s body was thrown into the mass grave with the bodies of other victims, the Prosecution said.

The indictment was forwarded to the Bosnian court for confirmation.

Boskovic was arrested in mid-September last year, after which court imposed the ban on leaving the place of living and traveling, meeting witnesses and certain individuals.
