The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BiH, confiscated travel documents from the indictee and ordered him into home detention. Also the police will pay him random visits twice a day.  
 
Icanovic was arrested in late August due to a suspicion that he committed crimes in the Velika Kladusa area. 
 
Under the indictment, which was confirmed in mid-September, Icanovic, a former Commander of the 505th Brigade of the Fifth Corps with the Army of BiH, ABiH, is charged with having killed two prisoners of war, members of the National Defence of the Western Bosnia Autonomous Region and having beaten other prisoners using a rifle butt in the Latica Glavica area, near Velika Kladusa, in late 1994.
