The former member of the Republika Srpska Army, VRS, is charged with having participated, on his own or in collaboration with other VRS members, in the abuse, inhumane treatment and forcing of Bosniak civilians into hard labour.
As previously announced by the Prosecution of BiH, Radisic is charged with having arrested and taken several persons to other locations, where they performed forced labour, which resulted in the death of at least six people on the frontlines and the wounding of a number of them.
