Mitrovic is charged with having unlawfully held Bosniaks from Zavidovici, Zenica and Zepce in “Franjo Hreljevic” hunters’ house in Kamenica village, where he was a guard. He allegedly did this in collaboration with other members of the Republika Srpska Army, VRS.

According to the charges, Mitrovic and Glogovac treated detainees, who were held in the hunters’ house from the end of June to the end of August 1992, in an inhumane manner.

“Mitrovic and Glogovac beat the prisoners several times, using their hands and various objects, caused injuries and bone fractures to them and made death threats against them,” the indictment reads.

It further alleges that, besides that, the prisoners were forced to fight each other. Also, they were taken out for fictitious shootings.

The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina alleges that Mitrovic was a member of the Second Ozren Infantry Brigade of VRS and Glogovac was a member of the “Kamenica” military police unit with the Ninth Military Police Battalion of “Doboj” Operational Group with the First Krajina Corps of VRS.

The indictment has been filed with the Court of BiH for confirmation.
