Bosnia Arrests and Releases War Crimes Suspect

Bosnian police have arrested a men suspected of war crimes committed in the town Busovaca during the 1992-95 conflict.

Police officers from Bosnia’s State Investigation and Protection Agency detained the a man on Wednesday – who was identified only by the initials J.R. and is suspected of crimes in Busovaca in 1993.

No other details about the suspects or their alleged crimes were immediately available.

Prosecutors questioned him and ordered his immediate release from custody.
