Witnesses Refuse to Testify
As decided at a status conference, three transcripts of statements given by witnesses who previously testified before the Hague Tribunal, but now refuse to testify before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BiH, will be read at the next hearing at the trial of Aleksandar Cvetkovic, who is indicted for genocide in Srebrenica.

The Prosecution of BiH will try to organise testimonies by some of the proposed witnesses via a video link.
The State Prosecution charges Aleksandar Cvetkovic, former member of the Tenth Reconnaissance Squad of VRS, with the murder of more than 900 Bosniaks on Branjevo military farm in July 1995.
Cvetkovic’s Defence requested the Court of BiH to transfer the indictee to the Penal and Correctional Facility in Eastern Sarajevo. The Chamber will render a decision concerning the motion at a later stage.
The trial is due to continue on May 27.
