Slavko Peric, who was sentenced to 11 years in prison for having assisted in the commission of genocide, will appear as State Prosecution witness at the trial of Cvetkovic, former member of the Tenth Reconnaissance Squad of the Main Headquarters with the Republika Srpska Army, VRS, on Monday, December 23.  
 
The trial of Cvetkovic is due to continue on Tuesday, December 24 as well. On that same day the State Prosecution will continue presenting evidence at another trial for genocide in Srebrenica in the case against Goran Saric, former Commander of the Special Brigade of Republika Srpska police.
 
The Defence of Veselko and Ivo Raguz, former members of the Croatian Defence Council, HVO, are due to present their closing statements at the trial for crimes committed in Stolac and Capljina.
 
Presenting its closing statement, the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina called for a verdict of conviction. The Trial Chamber is due to pronounce the verdict on December 30 this year.
 
On that same day new Defence witnesses will be examined at the trial of Dragomir Soldat, Velemir Djuric and Zoran Babic, who are charged with the murder of Prijedor residents in 1992.

Findings and opinion about the health of Milun Kornjaca, who is charged with crimes in the Cajnice area, are due to be presented on Tuesday.

Najdan Mladjenovic and Savo Zivkovic, who are charged with having participated in the attacks on Hranca and Glogova villages, Bratunac municipality, in May 1992, are due to appear in court on Tuesday, when additional Prosecution witnesses will be examined.

Three State Prosecution witnesses will be examined at the trial of Branko Vlaco, who is charged with having participated in crimes in the Vogosca area, on Wednesday, December 25.

On Thursday, December 26 the trial is due to continue in the case against Mustafa Djelilovic, Mirsad Sabic, Fadil Covic, Nezir Kazic, Becir Hujic, Halid Covic, Serif Mesanovic and Nermin Kalember, who are charged with crimes in “Krupa” military barracks, “9. maj” school building and “Silos” detention camp.

On that same day the trials are due to continue in the case against Nihad Bojadzic, who is charged with crimes in Jablanica, and Dzevad Salcin and Nedzad Hodzic, who are charged with crimes on Mount Igman.  

On Friday, December 27 the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina is due to continue presenting evidence at the trials of Vehid Subotic for crimes in Zenica, and Ramiz Avdovic and Iulian Nicolae-Vintila, who are charged with crimes in Sarajevo.
