According to the charges, in June 1992 M.L., a former member of the Republika Srpska Army, VRS, forcedly separated a 16-year old girl from a group of a few captured non-Serb women, threatened her and then raped her.
The Bijeljina District Prosecution’s indictment is based on a statement by the injured party, statements by other witnesses, medical documentation and other relevant evidence.
The District Court in Bijeljina will schedule a plea hearing in this case in the coming period.
