Indictment for Jablanica Crimes Confirmed
The Mostar Cantonal Court confirms an indictment against Zehrudin Scuk, charging him with war crimes against the civilian population in Jablanica municipality in 1993.

Scuk, former member of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, ABiH, is charged with having killed a civilian in Doljani village, Jablanica municipality, on July 28, 1993.
According to the charges, on the mentioned date, Scuk, who was armed and uniformed, came to a house, where females lived, and asked them if they had a rifle. When one of the women told him that they did not have it, he found a rifle in the house and, holding the rifle in his hand, approached the female person and told her: You are in trouble now, the indictment filed by the Cantonal Prosecution of Herzegovina-Neretva Canton alleges.
It further alleges that the indictee then killed the female by shooting her on the neck.
