On the Jagormir premises I found a couple of phone devices which were out of order and two hand-held radios, in addition to one I brought with me from Vraca, Radoslav Sljivic stated, who came to Jagomir in early August 1992. He added that there were no marked police vehicles.On 19 November 2012, witness Sljivic testified for the BiH Prosecution when he stated that in June 1992 he was tasked to go to the Centar Police Station and inspect the situation. In his testimony he stated that when he arrived to Nahorevo the Public Security Station (SJB) had not been established.Sljivic testified at the trial of Saric who is charged that on 19 June 1992, as the Chief of Public Security in the Serb Municipality of Centar, he ordered all men in Nahorevo to come to the Local Commune in that settlement, from where around 100 Bosniaks were taken and detained in the Jagomir Hospital building. A group of 11 detainees were subsequently executed in the Skakavac area.According to the indictment, Saric ordered the rest of the non-Serb civilians to surrender, whereupon 200 women, children and the elderly were forcedly transferred to the territory controlled by the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina (ABiH).The Defence presented a document to the witness in which the disarmament of Saric is stated in relation to which Sljivic replied that he knows nothing.Presented at the trial was the list of peopel who were expelled from the police station or who voluntarily left, which contains the name of the accused Saric.When asked by the Court Panel whether this implies that the people from that list had to be with the police force if they subsequently left it, the witness replied that he was not aware of this, but he had to make the list.
The trial will continue on 25 March when two witnesses for the State Prosecution will be examined. S.U.
