The indictment alleges that Kadic forced a Serb female to have sexual intercourse with him several times on June 27, 1992.
According to the charges, he separated this person from a group of people in front of a house and escorted her to a nearby hill, telling her that she had to come with him in order to be examined about something and that he would bring her back right away.
The indictment alleges that the indictee was a member of the Army of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina at the time, that he had military uniform and that he was armed with a rifle.
The beginning date of the trial will be set at a later stage.
