Dragicevic, also known as “Zoka” and “Krompir” is charged, as member of the armed forces of Republika Srpska, with taking part in the expulsion of non-Serb civilians between May 2, 1992, and December, 1994.

“Dragicevic raped a female person, using her helplessness, took part in inhuman treatment, torture, physical abuse, physical abuse, illegal imprisonment and robbing of the property of non-Serb civilians,” it is specified in the indictment, which was passed on to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

It is said that Dragicevic took part in war crimes as an accomplice of defendant Veselin “Batko” Batkovic, whose trial is drawing to its end before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Dragicevic was arrested in Bijeljina on December 3 this year and has been remanded in custody ever since.
