Indictees Mladjenovic, former Commander of the Territorial Defence in Bratunac, and Zivkovic, former member of the Territorial Defence, are charged with having participated in the persecution of non-Serb residents of Bratunac municipality as part of a widespread and systematic attack.

According to the charges, they participated in the arrests and physical and mental abuse of the civilian population and setting their property on fire.

The State Investigation and Protection Agency, SIPA arrested Mladjenovic on May 9. Zivkovic was arrested on June 16, 2012.
