The indictees are charged with having committed war crimes against several Serb victims, mainly civilians, from Mostar, Ljubuski, Capljina and Stolac municipalities.

According to the State Prosecution’s charges, the civilians were held in inhumane conditions in Dretelj detention camp, while being abused, robbed, beaten up, raped, sexually abused, forced to perform hard labour and tortured in an extremely humiliating manner.

All of the indictees are held in custody. The indictment has been sent to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina for confirmation.D.E.
