The indictees are charged with having committed war crimes against several Serb victims, mainly civilians, from Mostar, Ljubuski, Capljina and Stolac municipalities.

According to the State Prosecution’s charges, the civilians were held in inhumane conditions in Dretelj detention camp, while being abused, robbed, beaten up, raped, sexually abused, forced to perform hard labour and tortured in an extremely humiliating manner.

”A certain number of detainees died due to consequences of the abuse. Some of the detainees were taken in unknown direction. They have been missing since,” the indictment alleges.
