They are charged with having participated in a widespread and systematic attack against Bosniak civilians in Rogatica from the end of May 1992 until the end of 1993.

The prosecution alleges that they were personally involved in the capturing of Bosniak civilians and the separation of men from women and children, as well as the killings and forced disappearances of Bosniaks.

The remains of their alleged victims were found after the war, but the search for the others continues.

The indictment has been forwarded to the state court for confirmation.
