Numerous proceedings against judges and prosecutors have been initiated in BiH due to violation of the code of ethics, as well as commission of crimes, like corruption and misuse of position.
We have conducted a research on why there are so many aforesaid proceedings. Do judges and prosecutors err due to negligence, lack of knowledge or low ethical standards? Do we select the best candidates to become members of the judicial system?
How are these processes conducted? Do the same rules apply to all?
