Bosniak Ex-Soldiers Arrested for Killing Serb Prisoners
Police arrested former Bosnian Army soldiers Safet Isakovic and Nisvet Poric on suspicion of involvement in the killing of three Serb prisoners of war in Bosanska Krupa in 1995.
Bosnian State Investigation and Protection Agency officers on Wednesday arrested ex-soldiers Isakovic and Poric, who are suspected of crimes against prisoners of war in the Bosanska Krupa area in July 1995.

It is alleged that they participated in the murder of three captured members of the Bosnian Serb Army.
According to the prosecutor’s office, Isakovic was the commander and Poric a member of the Gazije intervention squad of the 505th Brigade of the Bosnian Army’s Fifth Corps.
The prosecutor will now question the suspects and decide whether to ask for a custody remand.
