State Investigation and Protection Agency police on Monday arrested Djuro Matuzovic, Ivo and Tado Orsolic, Marko Dominkovic, Joso Nedic, Marko Baotic, Marko Blazanovic, Mato and Anto Zivkovic and Stijepo Djuric on suspicion that they committed crimes against Serbs from April 1992 to July 1993 in Orasje.

The prosecution alleges that the suspects were members of the Croatian Defence Council, its military police and police force, and guards at detention camps and other detention facilities.

The suspects will be handed over to the state prosecutor, who will then decide whether to file a motion for a custody remand or other restraining measures.
