Indictment for Bosanski Brod Crimes Filed Against Former Bosnian Croat Commander
The state prosecution has filed an indictment against Zdravko Marinic, charging him with war crimes in Bosanski Brod. Marinic resides in Slavonski Brod, Croatia and cannot be reached by the Bosnian judiciary.

Marinic was the commander of military police with the 101st Brigade of the Croatian Defense Council and also served as a coordinator between civil and military police. He was responsible for detention camps and detention facilities located in a police station, the Polet football stadium and the warehouse of the Beograd department store in Bosanski Brod from March to July 1992.
According to the charges, Marinic and other members of the military police participated in the detention, abuse and murder of Serb civilians.
