Prosecutor Mersiha Mahmutovic said the prosecution would examine eight witnesses and a court medical expert and present material evidence.||Defense attorney Jadranko Hadzisejdic said Brocilo would testify in his own defense, and said he would invite two more witnesses to testify.||Brocilo has been charged with murdering a woman in the village of Josava, which belonged to the municipality of Odzak at the time, after the Bosnian Serb Army had taken over the village in August or September 1992. Croats were the majority in the municipality at the time.||Brocilo pleaded not guilty earlier this month.
