Babic was arrested after the state prosecution issued an order for his arrest. The state prosecution has accused Babic of participating in acts of murder, abuse and theft against Bosniak and Croat civilians in Glamoc in October 1992.
Babic will be handed over to the state prosecution, which will then decide whether to file a custody motion.
