Indictment Against Dusko Dabetic Filed
The cantonal prosecution in Sarajevo has filed an indictment against Dusko Dabetic.

Dabetic has been charged with beating and raping a Bosniak woman in the Grbavica neighbourhood of Sarajevo in 1992. Dabetic has also been charged with raping the same woman again several times in 1992 and 1993.
In September 2012, the cantonal court of Sarajevo issued an order for Dabetic’s arrest and extradition. Turkish police arrested Dabetic in late March 2015 as per an Interpol warrant. He was extradited to Bosnia and Herzegovina on April 17, 2015.
Predrag Miskovic was found guilty of participating in one of the instances of rape under a second instance verdict. He was sentenced to seven years in prison for war crimes against civilians.
