Video-Link Testimony Scheduled at Capljina War Crimes Trial
The cantonal court of Mostar decided to have witness Zaim Hasic testify against Ibro Tuajlic via video-link from Belgium.

Presiding judge Slavko Pavlovic said that he has medical evidence which demonstrates that Hasic is ill and can’t attend the trial in Mostar.
“I therefore decide that we will hear his testimony through video-link,” Pavlovic said.
Hasic will testify for the prosecution against Turajlic, who’s been charged with killing Mitar Zelenika, an injured combatant in Capljina.
Turajlic’s defense introduced material evidence at this hearing.
The trial will resume on October 23.
