Also that day, the defense of Nihad Bojadzic will present its closing statement. Bojadzic is on trial together with Mensur Memic, Dzevad Salcin and Senad Hakalovic for crimes committed in the village of Trusina in Konjic municipality.

The presentation of appeals against a verdict pronounced in the case of Predrag Milisavljevic, Milos Pantelic and Ljubomir Tasic is scheduled for Tuesday. Milisavljevic and Pantelic were sentenced under the first-instance verdict to 20 years in prison for crimes in the Visegrad area, while Tasic was acquitted of the charges.

On Thursday, June 4, Sreten Lazarevic, Dragan Stanojevic and Slobodan Ostojic are due to appear before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Constitutional Court previously threw out a 2010 conviction for crimes in Zvornik.

Under a second-instance verdict from September 2010, they received prison sentences. Lazarevic was sentenced to nine years, Stanojevic to seven years, and Ostojic to five years..

Trials for crimes committed in Srebrenica, Hadzici, Prijedor, Odzak, Livno, Stolac, Capljina, Visegrad and on Mount Igman are due to continue before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the week ahead.
