Zaim Lalicic Verdict Expected Next Week

Lalicic, a former member of the Bosnian Army, has been charged with the rape and sexual abuse of a woman and also with participating in the mental and physical abuse of a civilian in Hrasnica.
On Thursday, May 21, a plea hearing will be held in the case of Rajko Kusic, a former member of the Bosnian Serb Army who’s been charged with war crimes in Rogatica.
A status conference in the Jozo Djojic trial will be held on Thursday, May 21, in which a court expert will present his findings on Djojic’s ability to stand trial. Djojic has been charged with war crimes in Odzak.
On Tuesday, May 19, the state prosecution will present its closing statement at the Oliver Krsmanovic trial. Krsmanovic has been charged with war crimes in Visegrad in 1992.
The first defense witness in the Mato Condric trial will be examined on Wednesday, May 20. Condric, a former member of the Croatian Defense Council, is on trial for crimes in Bosanski Brod.
Trials for genocide in Srebrenica and crimes in Prijedor, Rogatica, Cajnice, Prozor, Mostar, Cazin and Kladanj will also continue in the week ahead.
