According to the indictment, Balic killed and abused Bosnian Serb civilians in Razici village near Konjic in June of that year as a member of the Akrepi unit of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina. His plea hearing is scheduled for May 6.
 
The first Bosnian prosecution witness is scheduled to appear on May 6 at the trial of Mirko Vrucinic, who is charged with crimes committed in Sanski Most and Prijedor.
 
Vrucinic is accused of taking part, as commander of the police forces and member of the wartime crisis committee, in a joint criminal enterprise whose aim was to expel non-Serb civilians in 1992.
 
The closing arguments at the trial of Zaim Lalicic, who is charged with crimes in Ilidza, are scheduled for May 7. Dzevad Dulic, who is on trial, charged with committing rape in Cazin, is scheduled to testify on his own behalf on May 8.
 
The defence of Nihad Bojadzic, who is charged with killing Croats in Trusina village. near Konjic, will continue presenting its closing arguments on May 4. Bojadzic is on trial together with four other Bosnian army members: Mensur Memic, Dzevad Salcin, Nedzad Hodzic and Senad Hakalovic.
 
A status conference of the trial of Jozo Djojic is scheduled for May 7. Djojic, a former Bosnian Croat fighter, is charged with raping a woman in Odzak.
 
Trials for war crimes in Vogosca, Hadzici, Trnovo, Ilidza, Konjic, Mostar, Kladanj, Vitez, Zvornik, Srebrenik, Cajnice, Rogatica, Bileca, Prozor, Bros, Bihac, Prijedor, Kotor Varos, Livno, Stolac and Capljina are also scheduled for the first week of May.
