Prosecutor Snjezana Petrovic announced at a pretrial status conference that the prosecution would examine 12 witnesses and one court expert, and would also present material evidence.
The district prosecution of Doboj has charged Brestovac, a former member of the public safety station in Doboj, with having participated the in murders of three Bosniaks in June 1992. Brestovac allegedly acted in collaboration with one other person.
Brestovac plead not guilty in February of this year.
