At today’s hearing of the Slavko Savic trial, two state prosecution witnesses testified in a closed session.
Prosecutor Vladimir Simovic said the witnesses didn’t want to reveal their identities and had requested that the public not be present for their testimonies. According to Simovic, the witnesses didn’t want others to know that they were testifying.
Bosnia’s state prosecution has charged Slavko Savic, a former member of the Light Infantry Brigade of the Army of Republika Srpska, with the rape of a woman in Semizovac, Vogosca in May and June 1993.
The trial will continue on March 2.
