Two days ago Vukadinovic admitted guilt and expressed regret for what he did to injured party S.N. from Busovaca in 1993.

He admitted having beaten up the injured party and having thrown her out of her house after she had objected to accommodating a family from the Travnik area at her place.

“At that time I was young, amenable and under great stress due to the death of my brother, who has still not been found,” Vukadinovic said, admitting guilt.

The Prosecution requested the Court to sentence Vukadinovic in accordance with the law, while the Defence requested the minimal possible sentence of one year.

Defence attorney Branka Praljak said that, considering the court practices, she thought that the sentence was too strict.
