Indictment for Rape in Srebrenica

The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BiH, files an indictment against Radosav Milanovic for having raped a female in Srebrenica municipality in 1992.

According to the charges, Milanovic, former member of the Republika Srpska Army, VRS, raped a Croat woman in Sase village in May 1992.

“After having committed the rape, he threatened her by saying that he would kill her if she told anyone about it,” the indictment, which has been filed with the Court of BiH for confirmation, alleges.
