Prior to this hearing, the Cantonal Court premises were inspected due to a bomb threat call. Following the inspection, it was determined that it was a false threat.
Trial Chamber Chairman Jasenko Ruzic said that the hearing would be postponed due to absence of the Defence attorney of the indictee.
“I called the Defence attorney, but he did not answer the call. We have an emergency situation due to the inspection of the building,” Ruzic said.
Sadikovic, a former member of armed forces of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BiH, is charged with having killed four Serb civilians in Kasatici village in May 1992.
The trial is due to continue on January 23.
