Guilt Admission Statement to Be Considered January 21
The Cantonal Court in Novi Travnik decides that a hearing at which a guilt admission statement by Drago Vukadinovic, former member of the Croatian Defence Council, HVO, who is charged with crimes against the civilian population in the Busovaca area in 1993, is due to be held on January 21.

At a preliminary hearing held on December 8 last year Vukadinovic admitted guilt for crimes charged upon him.
“This is my free will,” indictee Vukadinovic said.
He has not reached a guilt admission agreement.
The Travnik Cantonal Prosecution charges Vukadinovic with having caused severe bodily injuries to, and having treated a female person, whose initials are S.N., from Luke village, Busovaca municipality, in an inhumane manner.
