The court confirmed the indictment on Wednesday, according to which Papic, as a member of the Sarajevo-Romanija Corps of the Bosnian Serb army, abused Bosniak and Croat members of the working squad in Grbavica settlement in Sarajevo.
The indictment stated that Papic committed the crimes from 1992 to 1994, while the civilians were forced to work by the Bosnian Serb army.
The indictment against Papic, who is defending himself from liberty, was raised on December 26 last year.
