Indictment against Vojic and Mesic Filed
The State Prosecution files an indictment against former members of the Fifth Corps of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BiH, Adil Vojic and Bekir Mesic for having raped a Serb woman in Bihac municipality.

Under the unconfirmed indictment, Vojic and Mesic, former members of the 501st Brigade of the Fifth Corps with the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, who were accompanied by several other people, are charged with having forcedly taken a Serb woman and man from their house at night on May 1/2, 1994 and raped the woman on a nearby meadow, while a member of the Army of BiH guarded the man.
The indictment was filed with the Court of BiH for confirmation.
