The State Prosecution charges Icanovic, former Commander of the 505th Brigade with the Fifth Corps of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, ABiH, with having killed and abused prisoners of war in the Velika Kladusa area.

As alleged in the unconfirmed indictment, in late 1994 Icanovic killed two prisoners of war, members of the Western Bosnia Autonomous Region, in the Latica Glavica area near Velika Kladusa and beat other captives using a rifle butt.

The indictment has been forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
