The State Prosecution charges Kustura, former member of the Croatian Defence Council, HVO, with having killed a captured member of the Army of BiH and wounded another one in Hrasnica on January 18, 1993.

“Several members of the Army of BiH were captured during an attack by the ‘Ante Starcevic’ Unit of HVO on Hrasnica. Following the capture, Kustura approached the captives and opened burst fire, killing captive G.S. and wounding another captive,” the Prosecution of BiH alleges.

The Prosecution of BiH announced that Kustura resided in Zagreb and that he had dual citizenship of BiH and Croatia, but they could not tell us whether he was available to Bosnian judicial bodies or not.

The indictment has been filed with the Court of BiH for confirmation.
