District Court President Bojan Stevic says that the legal conditions for ordering the suspect into custody have not been met.
Vukovic, former member of the Republika Srpska Army, was arrested as per a warrant issued by the Trebinje District Prosecution due to a suspicion that he treated four Bosniaks in an inhumane manner in June 1992.
