As Justice Report learned from the prosecution in Trebinje, the arrested person, a former member of the Bosnian Serb Army, is suspected of inhumane treatment against four Bosniaks in June 1992.
After the interrogation, the Prosecutor’s office demanded custody, and the district court should decide on it tomorrow.
