The Trial Chamber previously considered and accepted a guilt admission agreement, which Dragic concluded with the Cantonal Prosecution in Bihac.

Dragic expressed regrets, agreed to co-operate with the judicial bodies in finding the truth about the crimes committed in the Kljuc area during the war and agreed to testify, if necessary, in the case against Predrag Bajic and others.

Dragic was originally charged along with Predrag and Nenad Bajic, Sinisa Babic and  Mladen Vrtunic, former members of the Republika Srpska Army, VRS, with having participated in murders, rape and inhumane treatment in Humici, Vojici and Pudin Han villages, Kljuc municipality, in 1992 and 1993.

The proceeding against him was separated from the case against the others on April 22, after he had admitted guilt.
