The Defence objected to the proposal, claiming that it was not technically possible to bring the indictee to the courtroom.The Prosecution of BiH charges Kondic with having participated in organising a group of people and abetting them to commit genocide, as well as crimes against humanity and war crimes in Kljuc municipality during the course of 1992.Kondic was originally charged for those crimes along with Marko Adamovic and Bosko Lukic, but the proceeding against him was separated from the case against the two other indictees due to his illness in September 2010.A new check of Kondics health condition is due to be undertaken in between six and nine months.
