Publishing of Testimony Prohibited

During the trial for genocide in Srebrenica a protected State Prosecution witness requests the Court to prohibit publishing of the content of his testimony. The Trial Chamber warns the audience that publishing of any pieces of information, audio or video recordings from this hearing is prohibited.

Protected witness C-1 testified for the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina at the trial of Aleksandar Cvetkovic, who is charged with genocide in Srebrenica.

The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina charges Cvetkovic, former member of the Tenth Reconnaissance Squad with the Republika Srpska Army, VRS, with having participated in murders of at least 900 Srebrenica residents on Branjevo farm on July 16, 1995.

According to the official schedule of hearings to be held before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, this trial is due to continue on February 18.
