Adzic, who was allegedly accompanied by another member of the Croatian Defence Council, HVO, is charged with having entered a classroom in “Rade Kondic” school building in Zepce, where wounded members of the Army of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina were accommodated, in July 1993 and treated them in an inhumane and cruel manner, tortured them and caused them severe mental pain and suffering.
The Court confirmed the indictment on January 7, 2014.
