Spokesperson of the Bosnian Prosecution Boris Grubesic told BIRN that Plavanjac and Narancic do not live in Bosnia and Herzegovina which is why they are not available for Prosecution.

According to the unconfirmed indictment, in August 1992 Narancic allowed Plavanjac to enter and kill 11 civilians in the Petar Kocic school – where Bosniak civilians were being held.

Narancic, former member of the 11. Krupa brigade of the Bosnian Serb army and guard at the Petar Kocic school, according to the Prosecution, should have protected the civilians and stopped soldiers from entering.

“After the murders, Narancic allowed Plavanjac to leave the school while the bodies of the civilians were driven away only to be found and exhumed in 2006 in Zvecarka pit in Sanski Most municipality”, said the Prosecution.

The indictment has been sent to the Bosnian Court for confirmation.
