The material evidence presented by Prosecutor Slavica Terzic included, among others, documents related to military service by the two indictees and a decision ordering Marinic and Maric into custody in 1993.
 
According to previous statements by Prosecution witnesses, Marinic and Milic were arrested, in April 1993, due to a suspicion that they participated in murders in the house of the Topalovic family in Busovaca.   
 
Marinic and Milic, former members of the Croatian Defence Council, HVO, are on trial for having participated in the murder of four Bosniaks in the Busovaca area in 1993, causing of bodily injuries, as well as unlawful and arbitrary destruction of property.
 
The State Prosecution also presented a patient protocol from the Public Institution–Dispensary in Busovaca, as well as other medical documents related to one of the protected witnesses.
 
The criminal records for Milic and Marinic were presented, as well as death certificates for four murdered people.
 
The Defence of the indictees did not object to the pieces of evidence included in the case file.  

The trial is due to continue on July 25.
