The indictment charges Predrag Bajic, Nenad Bajic, Sinisa Babic, Mladenko Vrtunic, Milan Lukic and Slobodan Dragic under ten counts with killing seven civilians, as well as raping and robbing civilians.

These crimes were allegedly committed in Humici, Vojici and Pudin Han villagesin late 1992 and at the beginning of 1993.

The six indictees were arrested in the Banja Luka, Prijedor and Gradiska area in February this year. They have been held in custody since.

Prosecutor Jasmin Mesic said that the investigation in this case covered one more person, but he is currently unavailable to the state bodies of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

He said that the suspect had been located in Serbia and that his arrest was expected soon.
