The prosecution and defence previously completed the presentation of their evidence. After reviewing the case file, the Trial Chamber determined that there was no need to present its evidence.

The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina will present its closing statement on May 17, while the defence will do the same seven days later.

Prosic, former member of the Sixth Sana Brigade of the Republika Srpska Army, VRS, is charged with having participated in an attack on neighbourhoods in Sanski Most, as well as the persecution, detention and murder of non-Serb civilians in May 1992.

Prosic is charged with going to Hilmo Hegic’s house on May 27, 1992. Eight civilians, including a pregnant woman, were at the home. He allegedly killed the civilians and set the house on fire.
